COUNTRY SONG ROUND-UP MYSTERY

I received a message from Peter Mohr concerning the add in the Country Song Round Up No. 32 from June 1954.

There is an mysterious Marty Robbins Columbia single 21297 with tracks Ramblin'Mountain Marigold / Roll Me Sideways
I was not able to find the tracks not only in Marty Robbins discography, but on any other discography or song listing
(Original scan is good reedeable, here is much worse, but I am not able to do anything with it)

What do you think about that?
